Importing and managing recordsImporting and managing records
Users can import multiple files simultaneously, supporting more flexible workflows across multiple citation sources.
A full import history provides clear visibility of how records have been added to a project.
If errors occur, files can be undone or removed without disrupting progress, allowing issues to be corrected quickly without restarting screening.
Deduplication and screening
Deduplication is now applied automatically during import, removing exact duplicates and reducing manual effort.
Potential duplicates are flagged for review, while manual duplicate identification can also be undertaken during screening.
These enhancements support faster, more accurate screening, particularly when working with large or complex datasets. The updated interface provides clearer visibility and control throughout the process.
Tracking progress and reporting
A redesigned interface makes it easier to track progress through screening and study selection.
All decisions are captured in real time and used to automatically generate a PRISMA 2020 flow diagram, ready for export.
This improves accuracy, reduces manual reporting effort, and strengthens transparency across the review process.
What do the changes mean for my current projects?
Existing projects remain unchanged and no data has been lost.
Deduplication will not apply to previously imported records. However, all new records imported after the update will be automatically deduplicated.
These enhancements integrate seamlessly into existing workflows with minimal disruption.
